Your Agreement to These Terms

Using vivopetal.com means you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or place orders.

Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not access non-public areas of the site. You may not use automated tools to extract data. You may not interfere with site functionality. You may not submit false or misleading information.

Product Information and Pricing

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Flower colors and varieties may vary slightly from photos due to seasonal availability.

Prices appear in US Dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. While we reserve the right to adjust prices, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Payment details are processed securely. The charge occurs at the time you place the order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping cost is $5.00 for orders under $60.00 USD. Orders of $60.00 USD or more ship free. All items ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing requires 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit requires 2 to 4 business days after shipment (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Central Time.

Delivery Delays & Freshness

We select expedited shipping options for floral orders to preserve freshness. However, delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is delayed and the flowers arrive in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns and Refunds

  • For Google Orders (Buy on Google): You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return for non-quality reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer‘s responsibility.
  • For Freshness Issues: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
  • For Non-Google Orders: Freshness claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the perishable nature of flowers.

Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@vivopetal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
