Shipping policy

Shipping Cost
- Orders of $60.00 USD or more: Free shipping
- Orders under $60.00 USD: Flat rate of $5.00 USD
No handling fees or surcharges. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Order Cut‑off Time
Orders with payment confirmed before 6:00 PM Central Time on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time
1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery Time
2 to 4 business days after shipment (Monday to Friday). Delivery time does not include processing time. For floral products, we prioritize expedited shipping to ensure freshness.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected automatically based on your location and package characteristics.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment. Allow 24 to 48 hours for updates.
Out‑of‑Stock Products
If an item is out of stock, the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced by an "Out of Stock" label, and no purchases can be made until the item is restocked. We do not accept backorders.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives with damaged items or items that do not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We respond to damage reports within 1 to 2 business days.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.
Important: The estimated delivery date shown at checkout dynamically reflects current processing and transit conditions. If holiday delays apply, the estimated delivery date will automatically adjust.
Delivery Delays & Freshness
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery and will prioritize expedited shipping for floral orders, delivery times may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. If your order arrives later than expected and the flowers are not in good condition, please still contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
