Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last Updated: June 2026
VivoPetal respects your privacy and gives eligible consumers a clear way to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), where applicable.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may share limited online identifiers, cookie data, device information, browsing activity, and advertising interaction data with advertising and analytics partners, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta/Facebook Pixel, for analytics, measurement, advertising, and cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Under California privacy law, this type of sharing may be considered "sharing" of personal information. California residents may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Your Opt-Out Right
You may request that VivoPetal stop selling or sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
After we process your opt-out request, we will not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you later authorize us to do so again.

Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, VivoPetal will honor valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal.
Please note that GPC signals are typically browser- or device-specific. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your cookies, you may need to enable GPC again or submit a separate opt-out request.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we receive your opt-out request, we will process it as soon as reasonably possible and within the time required by applicable law.
We will not require you to create an account to submit an opt-out request.
We may ask for limited information necessary to identify the consumer or browser associated with the request. Any information collected for this purpose will be used only to process your privacy request.
Opting out of sale or sharing does not stop all data processing. We may still use service providers and necessary data processing for purposes such as order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, fraud prevention, website security, customer service, legal compliance, and internal business operations.
Opting out also does not mean you will stop seeing all advertising. You may still see non-personalized or contextual ads.
Non-Discrimination
VivoPetal will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny goods or services, charge a different price, provide a different level or quality of service, or retaliate against you because you submitted an opt-out request.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may request information reasonably necessary to confirm that the agent is authorized to act for you.
