Refund policy

Section 1: 30-Day Return Right for Google Orders

For orders placed through Google (Buy on Google), you have the right to return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. This return right applies to non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind).

To be eligible for a 30-day return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-quality returns

To initiate a return under this policy, email info@vivopetal.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Section 2: Freshness Guarantee (Quality Issues)

Because flowers are perishable, we stand behind the freshness of our products. If your flowers arrive damaged or not fresh, we offer a resolution.

48-Hour Claim Window

To be eligible for a replacement or refund under our Freshness Guarantee, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the condition of the flowers.

Non‑Eligible Claims

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery
  • Flowers that have not been cared for according to included instructions
  • Change of mind (use Section 1 for Google Orders)

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (shipped at no additional cost)
  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit

How to Start a Claim

Email info@vivopetal.com with your order number, photos of the flowers, and a description of the issue. Do not discard the flowers until we have reviewed your claim.

Section 3: Refund Processing

Once your return or claim is approved, we will initiate your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Section 4: Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Section 5: Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
