Shipping policy

At VivoPetal, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Cutoff and Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed by 6:00 PM Central Time begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Beginning processing does not mean that the order will ship on the same day.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, calculated from the business day on which order processing begins. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping for the original order is free — $0.00. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Extreme Weather Disclaimer
In the event of extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen delivery disruptions beyond our control, delivery may be delayed. However, such delays do not relieve VivoPetal of our obligation to ship your order or process refunds in accordance with this policy. We will communicate any significant delays and work diligently to resolve them.

Lost Packages
If your package has not been marked as delivered within 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us. After 15 business days without successful delivery confirmation, we will either issue a replacement order or provide a full refund — your choice.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. VivoPetal is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment and will be disclosed to you before the order is shipped again.
